Klarity Horizons Overseas Recruitment Services Pvt Ltd Manpower Services is hiring an Operations Manager for a client in Qatar. This full-time role provides visa support, accommodation and an attractive salary package.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and leading the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations and coordinate with other departments
• Create and implement operating procedures, policies to drive efficiency
• Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, costs, and service levels
• Identify issues, bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance productivity
• Lead, train and mentor team members to optimize performance
• Develop and execute on plans to meet business objectives and growth targets

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in operations managerial role, preferably in industrial sector
• In-depth understanding of operational processes and procedures
• Strong business acumen with budgeting/forecasting knowledge
• Excellent team building, leadership, and communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an analytical mindset
• Hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies

Attractive Salary Package of 12,000 – 17,000 QAR Per Month + Visa & Accommodation
